GLSOR-19-F1 tape is equivalent to the SONY J-19-F1 calibration tapes for SONY TC-377 and similar tape recorders. This tape is a full width test recording at 19 cm/s (7-1/2 in/s) to the ANSI/NAB 3180+50 usec characteristic.
It provides a reference for azimuth alignment (10 kHz -10 dB), level (185 nWb/m at 400 Hz 0 dB), and also a series of frequency response tones recorded 10 dB below reference level. 400 Hz, 10 kHz, 7 kHz, 80 Hz, 40 Hz. Duration 5 min 1 sec.
GLSOR-19-F2 tape is equivalent to the SONY J-19-F2 calibration tapes for SONY TC-765 and similar tape recorders. This tape is a full width test recording at 19 cm/s (7-1/2 in/s) to the ANSI/NAB 3180+50 usec characteristic.
It provides a reference for level (185 nWb/m at 400 Hz 0 dB), and also a series of frequency response tones recorded 10 dB below reference level. 400 Hz,
10 kHz, 12.5 kHz, 7 kHz, 80 Hz, 40 Hz. 7 tones recorded. Duration 3 min 17 sec.
GLSOR-47 tape is equivalent to the SONY SPC-47 calibration tapes for tape speed adjustments. 4 kHz, 0 dB. Duration 3 min.
GLSOR-19-7 tape is equivalent to the SONY WS-19-7 calibration tapes for tape speed adjustments. 3 kHz, 0 dB. Duration 3 min.
GLSOR-19-A1 tape is equivalent to the SONY J-19-A1 calibration tapes for head azimuth and angle adjustments. 10 kHz, -10 dB. Duration 3 min.
